It allows end-users to make and receive calls from their personal smartphones with a similar level of control as traditional office desk phones, including features such as call tracking, voicemail access, and personal settings management.

The application also offers convenient features like corporate directory search, click-to-dial from contacts, and flexible calling options. These include call through, which enables direct dial without the need for PINs or two-stage dialing, and call back, which initiates a call from the CDK Hosted Phone System to help avoid roaming charges.

Fully integrated with the CDK Hosted Phone System, CDK MobileLink effectively transforms an employee’s personal mobile device into an extension of the enterprise PBX system, promoting seamless communication without necessitating VoIP infrastructure on the device itself.
